She sells different types of food such as…
… cereals, legumes, spices, herbs, herbal teas and teas, nuts, coffee, superfoods, chocolate, salt and salt substitutes. She selects products and prefers the national ones in order to reduce her ecological footprint and support national consumption and economy.

In addition to the food management, they provide reusable utensils to avoid waste and promote a a Mediterranean diet, through the promotion of the national Prato Certo project.
The Queen’s Bulk,…
… appears as a way for Tânia to provide answers to certain dietary needs that she encountered when provided clinical and community nutritional appointments in certain areas of the country, including the West, Lisbon and Cascais.
Granel da Rainha promotes food sustainability measures,…
… as it provides healthy food products to its customers and structures healthier personalized food plans for its patients.
Tânia says that change takes time and…
… that changing lifestyles is no exception. So, her advice is that we need to be patient and resilient so that changes gradually enter everyone’s life. Proof of this is that the healthy and sustainable food market is growing, as consumers seem to be increasingly concerned with their surroundings and their own health.
To make food systems more sustainable,…
… there is a need for more knowledge and work sharing between the various professionals in the food sector (economists, farmers, among others).
