Ana and Ricardo are responsible for bringing fresh and local products to certain locations in the Western Portuguese Region. The passion for Nature and animals and “agricultural genetics” were the two reasons that led to the creation of the Da Nossa Fazenda project.

Ana and Ricardo …
… are the faces of the Da Nossa Fazenda project. They are the ones who work to keep the project moving forward and to continue to grow.
Ana loves to communicate and learn, she is a eternally dissatisfied, as she is always looking for more, she is passionate about Nature and animals and knows that enjoying the little moments is an “art”. All these factors intrinsic to Ana, allowed her to combine to her role as a social worker, the communication and digital marketing functions of the Da Nossa Fazenda project. Art was part of her path as a teenager, which is why Ana designs and develops the Da Nossa Fazenda brand.
Ricardo is a 1.95 m dreamer who has agriculture in his genes. He lives in the countryside and has as members of his second family the land, the animals and the tractor. He has experience as a street vendor, acquired when working with his parents and used the knowledge acquired through the family business to create an innovative and challenging project.
Although his academic career is related to electrotechnics, due to his taste for automobile mechanics and his fascination with electricity, it did not prevent Ricardo from becoming responsible for all the delivery management of Da Nossa Fazenda.
Da Nossa Fazenda …
… is a project that aims to provide local and fresh products to its customers, in the most “environmentally friendly” and traditional way possible. They sell fresh horticultural products, as well as other regional products, such as olive oil, honey, bread, dried fruits, among others. The customer can choose the products he wants to include in his basket. About 90% of the products come from the Western Region of our Portugal, giving priority to local trade.
Da Nossa Fazenda is a project that is concerned with the future of food systems because…
… sells products in wooden baskets that came from fruit picking, giving the customer the chance to choose the quality and quantity of food they need, thus avoiding a stage of food waste. When there is a need to pack a product, they use biodegradable paper or plastic bags, which in most cases are reused.
All products that cannot be sold are used daily in the meals of “our other little friends: rabbits, chickens and horses”. Everything is reused.
In addition to worrying about food waste, Ana and Ricardo sell local and fresh products, thus reducing their ecological footprint and selling products with higher nutritional quality.
